The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is a standardized exam that measures the language proficiency of non-native speakers of Japanese.
The JLPT is a test that measures how well someone can use Japanese in real-life situations, not just memorizing vocabulary and grammar. It checks if you can actually use the language to do everyday tasks. The test has five levels (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5) and focuses on three things: knowing the language, reading, and listening. N4 and N5 are for basic Japanese you learn in class, while N1 and N2 cover a wider range of everyday situations. N3 is in between. The test is designed to measure your Japanese skills at each level.
