Tilicho trek is one of the finest trekking routes in the Annapurna region with a real test more for the mind than the body. Tilicho Lake Trekking starts right from Besisahar as Annapurna Circuit Trekking, which goes along the Marshyangdi River, with great views of Manaslu and Himal Chuli to the east. On the way to Tilicho Lake, you get placid views of waterfalls, and experience hiking across airy suspension bridges. But this route is a pretty tough trail. You have to walk at alpine altitudes and you have to cross the Thorung La pass at (5,416m).
